What can I say?..for the garden you do need a mountain of sh**.. ehm, a natural fertilizer!!

Here is an experiment from the summer season, a great recipe from Jamie Oliver's book,If you too have a vegetable garden do use fresh ingredients!
Ingredients:1 red onion,1/2 fennel, 1 stalk celery, 1 piece of ginger about 2 cm, 2 cloves of garlic -peel and coarsely chop it all-extra virgin olive oil, 1 / 2 fresh red chilli very finely chopped 1 bunch of basil - separate the leaves and chop the stems - 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, 2 cloves, 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, sea salt , 1 kg of beautiful tomatoes (red, green or yellow), 200 ml of red wine vinegar, 70 g sugar cane.
Cooking procedure:
vegetables + herbs in large pot with olive oil, add ginger, garlic, chilli, basil stalks, coriander seeds and cloves. salt and pepper.cook for 10-20 minutes until the vegetables have softened, stirring occasionally. Add all the chopped tomatoes and 350 ml of cold water. boil up until it reduces by half. Add the basil leaves and whisk. filter twice to obtain a smooth, pour into a pan with vinegar and sugar and simmer until you reach the right consistency.+ salt and pepper according to taste.Transfer the ketchup in sterilized tins or bottles .I keep in the refrigerator. It holds up to 6 months.Success guaranteed! My kids love it! Only downside (...?!) will not want to eat supermarket ketchup anymore!
Ingredienti:
1 insalata scarola pan grattato prezzemolo
aglio noci acciughe
Tritare insieme prezzemolo, aglio, le noci e qualche acciuga. Unire il pane grattuggiato. Inserire il mix ottenuto tra le foglie dell'insalata. Legare l'insalata con spago da cucina e mettere l'insalata in una padella appena bagnata con poco olio e un pochino di acqua. Girare ogni tanto e controllare che l'acqua non evapori del tutto. Una volta ben appassita l'insalata sarà pronta da mangiare. Aggiungere sale e pepe a piacere.
Purtroppo non ho avuto il tempo di fotografarla..troppo buona ..non abbiamo resistito!
Ingredients:
scarola salad
breadcrumbs
parsley
garlic
nuts
anchovies
Mince together parsley,garlic, nuts and anchovies.
Add breadcrumbs and put this mixture in beetween the leaves of the salad. Tie up the salad and put in a pan with little olive oil and water. Let it cook until very soft. Check that there always is a little water.
Add solt and eat it.
